About the Webinar:
Using evidence-based methods and open discussion, participants will learn about and develop strategies to implement effective feedback, as well as investigate their own ideals in providing feedback to students under their clinical supervision. Additionally, participants will learn about the importance of descriptive feedback as a form of formative assessment.
Learning Objectives:

Participants will describe the implicit bias innate to student assessment measures and narrative evaluations.
Meet the Presenter:
Andrea Reed is the clinic director at Western Washington University's Hearing Clinic in the Audiology Doctorate Program. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the department of Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as supervises graduate student clinicians in the Hearing and Aural Rehabilitation Clinics. She graduated from University of Washington with a Doctorate in Audiology and from Western with a Masters in Adult/Higher Education. Her interests include hearing and balance diagnostics, pediatrics, hearing aids, and student learning outcomes. (Outside of work, she is a huge board game and video game nerd and has WAY too many houseplants.)
