About the Course:
On March 1, 2023, the revised ASHA Code of Ethics (2023) becomes effective. The main purposes of this revision were to clarify and streamline language and address new ethical issues and concepts that have arisen over the past 5 years. The new Code includes changes and updates related to topics such as supervision, confidentiality, conflict of interest, discrimination, and the inability to practice with reasonable skill and safety. This course with discuss the revisions made to the ASHA Code of Ethics (2023) and will review case scenarios that addressed by the new Code revisions.
