Telehealth and telemedicine: COVID-19 and beyond

A listening session brought to you by the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA)

Telehealth and telemedicine have played critical roles during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, and HCA has heard from many of our partners and providers. Specifically, we have heard that you want to know more about the role of telehealth moving forward.

We want to hear from you

In short, there are still many steps to be taken and decisions to be made before HCA can formalize policy and answer these questions. However, we have an idea of the future state, and we want to give you a chance to weigh in.

Our listening session

If you haven't attended an HCA listening session before, it is an informal webinar. Less focus on a planned presentation, and more focused on collecting and answering questions. If we can’t address your concern live, we will follow-up with a posted Question and Answer document.

Register for the listening session

When: Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Pacific)
Host: Dr. Christopher Chen (HCA)
